What is Local By Heart?

Local By Heart makes "You met me at a very ___ time in my life" long sleeves, one country per shirt. Korean, Japanese and Italian so far. They're for anyone who loves a country, whether they're from it or not.

What does "pick your era" mean?

An era is a phase you're fully into, like a gym era or a K-drama era. Pick your era means pick the country you're currently obsessed with, and wear it.

Do I have to be from that country to wear it?

No. Fans, travellers and people from the country all wear them. If you're Korean, Japanese or Italian, you're in your era too. You've just been in it longer.

How does the long sleeve fit?

Boxy and relaxed, with dropped shoulders and a slightly cropped length. Our 185 cm / 70 kg model wears L. Want it less roomy? Go one size down.

What is it made of?

100% cotton, 230 gsm midweight, with a vintage sunfade wash. Soft, with a bit of weight to it.

Why does my shirt look slightly different from the photos?

The sunfade is a wash, so every shirt fades a little differently. Yours is one of one.

How long does shipping take?

We print each shirt to order in 1–3 days, then ship it. US delivery usually takes 9–14 days.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C on gentle and tumble dry low. Iron on low, but never on the print. No bleach, no dry cleaning.
